Who runs BusyAgentPro.com?

BAP is run by a handful of top producing real estate professionals and assorted minions.

The guys in charge are just a couple of lovable, down to earth guys and two very smart women who think that fun and excitement should be injected into the otherwise predicable, dry, and boring world of running a successful real estate business. Successful real estate agent/trainer Brian Rodgers founded the company back in 1995 and is still involved in the overall direction of the business. I see that I can get a free account, do you sell anything else?

What? A free account isn’t good enough for you? It’s FREE!

Ok, yes, we do have something else. We have a Platinum account but you are under absolutely no obligation to get a Platinum account nor do you even have to look at The Platinum Account to get huge value out of the BAP Community.

Over the past 14 years we have developed many revolutionary products and services for real estate professionals and we actually practice what we preach which has pretty much gone the way of the wind in the real estate industry these days. This past year we decided it was time to expose more people to our business since up until then we did no advertising but only relied on our members to refer others to our private community.

Our Free BAP Gold Account includes many products and services we have created and sold over the years for millions of dollars. The BAP Platinum account is more like a donation as the Platinum accounts only include services that cost us real time and money. We do make a significant amount of money each month on Platinum Accounts as we have thousands of members but our profit margin on the Platinum accounts is very, very slim. We are a very transparent company and hold nothing back as you should be able to tell.

Do you have a proven ad, flyer, website copy or secret system that will work in every single real estate market across the country?

No.

We have many, many marketing materials and systems that have been proven to work in our markets and many of our members markets but there is no guarantee or magic bullet. Just like any marketing, you will need to test, evaluate and tweak. However, the materials we provide you are world class and have made us millions of dollars in commissions, we just don’t want anyone with unrealistic expectations.

Can I sign up for a free account, participate in the forums, act like an idiot and get a bunch of stuff for free without giving you my name and contact information?

If you are even thinking of sending a fart in that general direction, don’t even sign up for an account.

There is a good reason why our community boasts some of the top Realtors® in the county as members. It is the best kept secret in the industry but we absolutely refuse to let a few bad apples spoil it for everyone, being anonymous in the BAP community is not an option.

Just to clarify, it is fine if you have disagreements, arguments and discussions in the forum, but keep it professional and we will absolutely not tolerate any B.S. period and we do not give out warnings or second chances.

What if I don’t agree with something you say or teach?

We were just Kidding! It is completely healthy and educational to disagree as long as it remains professional.

What if I just want to get a free account and never pay you a dime?

Great, go for it, just the forum alone is worth it's weight in gold, not to mention all of the other incredible benfits of our Free Gold account. There is huge value in our free Gold account and you will be pleasantly surprised at how much we overdeliver on our promises and obligations to our members.

All of the services offered in our Platinum account do cost us real money and real time so we of course have to charge for them. Yes, we make a significant amount of money from BAP Platinum each and every month because we have thousands of members. However, we have real costs and they aren't cheap such as our own servers, storage, bandwidth, bridge lines for our conference calls, our programmers salaries, our partners salaries and much more. I can tell you that our profit margin on $67 is very slim as mentioned earlier. We do not mark up our prices and gouge you because we don't know how to control costs in our company.And of course, The BAP Free Gold account is absolutely free, no strings attached, we don't even need you to enter a credit card to activate your account like so many other shady operations I have run across out there.

Will my name be sold to a bunch of third parties when I register for an account?

It depends on how much we can get for your name, it may be auctioned to the highest bidder!

No, of course not, we have total respect for you and would never think about selling your name to anyone at anytime and it will remain under lock and key. We will send you information and happenings around BAP from time to time but you will never, NEVER receive a solicitation from an outside company as a result of you registering for an account with us, you have our word on this, it is also written in our privacy policy just in case our word isn't good enough for you:)

I want to talk to a live person there, can I call you?

You may want to talk to a live person, but we are very busy running our real estate business in addition to BAP, so we have to both compromise on telephone calls.

People who call tend to keep our minions on the phone for hours at a time, discussing minutiae. If you're famous, eminently important, or one of our paying Platinum members just include your phone number in your email, and we'll call you. Otherwise please post your questions in our incredibly powerful forum and us or one of our many successful members will answer your questions quickly. If you absolutely must call us or are having trouble with e-mail, our office phone number is 1-800-339-8841 and we have been at the same number for over 7 years. Do not abuse this or we will get very upset and not be pleasant when we pick up the phone and you interrupt our golf game because you couldn't figure out why an e-mail you sent hasn't been answered or delivered.

How do I get customer support?

If the problem is anything sales related, we're happy to assist you.

You can also email us from the Contact Us Page. You're welcome to use our community area to discuss, praise, or gripe about anything once you become a Gold or Platinum Member. Once a member and on the inside, all general support, technical support, billing support and client services are handled through our state-of-the-art Help Desk which can be accessed from anywhere within the BAP Community.

How many members do you currently have in BAP?

Let’s just say “thousands” and leave it at that as we don’t need the IRS crawling all up in our business, again.

Is there a maximum number of members you will accept into the BAP community?

Yes and once that number is hit, we will no longer accept new members.

However, we may decide to pull the Free Gold account option at anytime if it becomes a pain in our a%$. This isn’t some free community that welcomes everyone, we are very selctive about who we allow in. And this applies to The Free Gold account as well as the Platinum Account.

How do I create a BusyAgentPro account?

Just scroll up a bit or down to the bottom of the page and click on the big Green  "Click Here To Get Your Free BAP Gold Account Now" button or any other link spread throughout our pages.

It’s easy and relatively painless, depending on your tolerance for pain, of course. You will just need to provide us with your name, mailing address (because we mail a welcome package), primary e-mail address (E-mail is how we send you important information), primary phone number, and a username and password of your choice. All of your contact information will be avaialble only to us, you decide whether or not it will be displayed publicly in the community.

That's it, you now have full access to everything and it was painless. Now, this is fair warning. If we catch anyone and I mean anyone providing false names, addresses, e-mail addresses or anything else for that matter you will be banned from the BAP community for life, Period.

What payment options do I have?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express for our Platinum accounts.

If you want to create a free account you don’t need to give us any credit card information, it really is free. Due to strengthening postal regulations, We do not accept alcohol, first born children or drugs of any kind as payment for our services. Come on, it was just a joke, lighten up a little:)

Where are you guys located?

BAP is based in Hutchinson, KS and the closest NFL team drafted Todd Blackledge instead of Jim Kelly and Dan Marino in the 1983 NFL draft and and we will never forgive them for that.

We also have an office/company retreat in Branson, Missouri.

Who is responsible for writing this FAQ Page?

I am scared that if I am successful with BAP Platinum others in my market will copy me, I'm scared that the market an economy is so bad, I'm scared that the mortgage mess is going to put me out of business, etc. etc.?

BAP is an open source community in a sense. I promise you that we will openly share everything we know with you and hold nothing back and we encourage our members to do the same. Together we are much stronger than alone. Anything that we do at BAP you are free to use and copy. However, if you want to use an idea or strategy that another member developed, please have the common courtesy to ask them before using it, otherwise, we will have to get Bruno out of retirement to hunt you down and it won't be pretty.

How was the BAP software developed?

Brian Rodgers starting developing the software to run his very successful real estate business in the year 2000 out of frustration of using so many different companies to provide the needed tools to run a successful, busy real estate practice.

In addition to paying multiple companies, Brian found it even more frustrating that none of the tools worked together seamlessly in one easy to use interface. The final piece of the puzzle for the BAP software came after Brian left his contact management company that he had used for 7 1/2 years because it no longer was adapting to the busy real estate professionals. Without saying the name of the company, it's initials are TP. The BAP contact manager is the most advanced, easy to use, powerful contact manager in the real estate industry and it works with all of the other tools in BAP seamlessly. At the urging of friends, members and colleagues we began offering it to select individuals in 2003.

We have two full time, very high paid programmers that work on the software 6 days a week. If there is something it doesn’t do, let us know and it will show up shortly in your account. BAP in our opinion is already the best all-in-one tool, community and coaching program in existence. However, we are constantly upgrading, adding and deleting based on suggestions and comments from our members.

Although we own all of the code to our software, we consider it somewhat open source as it will never be complete and it is a collaborative effort by all of our Platinum Members. Since 2000, we have over 1.3 million dollars in development of the software alone.

Do you have any long term contracts?

No.

We are very confident that we will far exceed any expectations you have for us. Although the Platinum account is only $67 per month, we promise to deliver many times that value. There are no binding contracts and you control all of your contacts, domain names, etc.

Is BAP Platinum a coaching program?

Yes, it absolutely is a coaching program, more like a coaching program on steroids.

For the low $67 a month we charge for Platinum we not only deliver the most cutting edge technology available to run your real estate business, we also are there with you every step of the way to ensure you have ongoing training, coaching and accountability. There are other coaching programs out there that charge between $300-$1,000 per month and don’t offer anywhere near what you get with BAP Platinum.

I already have a website, coach, system, training, etc. do I still need a BAP Platinum account?

Yes, you do.

BAP will meet you wherever you are at in your business and only enhance the efforts of anything else you are already doing successfully in your business. In most cases, the BAP software will integrate with your current websites. Also, just as in real estate, you want to own multiple properties. In our real estate business we own over 50 sites.There are so many ways in which you can get your $67 worth each and every month. If you added up everything you get with your Platinum account and purchased them from separate companies you would be paying over $1,000 per month and all of the tools and system would not work together in one seamless system and interface.

Can I try it free?

You may sign up for our Free Gold account and use it in anyway you like.

If you want to try out a Platinum account you will need to pay us $67. After all, we have already provided you with many multiples of that amount with everything you received when you signed up and it does actually cost us money in terms of storage, bandwidth and time to provide the Platinum Account services.

How do I cancel?

Contact us through Help Desk from anywhere within the BAP Community and let us know what the problem is.
Be kind, and be sure to use small words. However, if you are canceling you may also want to make an appointment with your Doctor at the same time to have your head examined.

If you just want to cancel period... click the Profile button under the calendar in your BAP desktop and submit the Cancel Service form.

Can you tell me more about the websites, autoresponders, contact manager, audio, video, MLS integration and all of the other technology?

We could, but you would then need to be enrolled in the witness protection program and a being a secret agent in this business is not good.
